Cancellation, Return, & Refund Policy

Thank you for trusting Yodozi, Inc, its website and application.

Although it is Our goal to provide You with quality Products, to satisfy the needs of every client, We are aware that it is not possible for all Products to meet the needs and expectations of all individuals. It is for that reason we invite You to review Our comprehensive  Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy, and encourage you to do so prior to making any decisions to purchase or subscribe to any Products offered by the Company.

The following terms are applicable for any Product that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

 

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy:

  • Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Yodozi or directly affiliated with Yodozi, Inc. and its Products.

  • Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Yodozi, Inc., 10042 Wolf Road, Suite B #97, Grass Valley CA 95949

  • Goods refer to physical or digital items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us.

  • Products refer to the items, whether goods, services, or both offered for sale on the Service.

  • Service refers to the Company's Application or the Website or both.

  • Subscriptions refer to the services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis by the Company to You.

  • Website refers to yodozi.com, accessible from http://www.yodozi.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Cancellation of Services

 

You are entitled to cancel Your Order of any on-site service Products purchased from the Company 14 days or more in advance of the scheduled date of service without giving any reason for doing so. All cancellations of service Products meeting the parameters outlined above will be reimbursed the full cost of the service Products purchased.

In order to exercise Your right to cancel any service Product, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Your email must contain your Invoice number, Customer Number, service Products purchased, and the date the service is scheduled to be performed in order for the reimbursement to be processed.

 

Due to the nature and logistics required to provide the on-site service Products offered, cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of the scheduled date of service may be assessed a 20% cancellation fee prior to reimbursement. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date of service will be assessed a 30% cancellation fee prior to reimbursement. In the event there are non-refundable travel expenses such as airfare and/or hotel accommodations involved, these expenses will be deducted in addition to the cancellation fees outline above.

Once We receive Your request for cancellation, We will process Your reimbursement no later than 14 days from the date the email was sent. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

Cancellation and Return of Goods

 

In the event the Company offers Goods sold directly, You are entitled to cancel Your Order of Goods within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so (for any Goods sold through an affiliate, please see the affiliate's policies for your order cancellation rights.)

The deadline for canceling an Order from the Company is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right to cancel and return of Goods purchased, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Your email must contain your order number, order date, and the Goods to be returned in order for the return to be processed.

​

We will process Your reimbursement no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions of Goods for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

  • The Goods are in the same condition they were in when you received them

​

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of all digital Goods that have been downloaded

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

​

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning of Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to process returns without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

​

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Cancellation of Subscription Services

​

In order to exercise Your right to cancellation any subscription service, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Your email must contain your Invoice number, Customer Number, Product name, and the date of subscription expiration in order for the reimbursement to be processed. We will process Your reimbursement no later than 14 days from the date the email was sent. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Electronic Subscriptions

You may cancel Your electronic Subscription renewal by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current electronic Subscription period and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current electronic Subscription period.

If the electronic Subscription has been made through an In-app Purchase, You can cancel the renewal of Your electronic Subscription with the Application Store.

Service Subscriptions

For service-based subscriptions, cancellations will have the cost of the subscription prorated by the number of services included in the subscription period. Your cancellation will become effective one day after the most recent service was performed. You will be reimbursed for any services included in your subscription that have not been performed.

Educational Product Refunds

 

Unless otherwise stated in writing with respect to particular educational Products offered for sale via this Website or associated Application, Yodozi, Inc. abides by a strict, no refund policy. Any client or customer who purchases one of our educational Products will be made aware of this policy and will accept all Terms prior to payment for said product. As such, You agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of any educational Products offered via this Website.
